Shackled Spirits (2012)

I wrote two songs for this multi-media dance drama by Lynn Kremer with Balinese artists Suasthi Bandem and I Made Bandem. The piece, devised at the College of the Holy Cross, concerns the treatment of the mentally ill. The plot follows a writer whose memories of his time in a mental facility are dramatized in a series of abstract episodes.
